Cyberpunk and anime designs around kaminari superbike

Kaminari Superbike draws design cues from cyberpunk, anime, and metal heroes, resulting in a sci-fi inspired concept ride. Created by Brazilian graphic designer Braz de Pina, the superbike comes in two colorways. The first is the Silver Arrow, which gives the ride a bullet-like style. The other is in white, which spotlights the red accents of the design details. For both 3D models, the engine resembles a robot arm, elongated to anchor the two wheels. They bear large screws before reaching the tires, adding a sci-fi effect to the overall design of the concept ride. 

For the silver colorway of the cyberpunk and anime-inspired Kaminari Superbike, the tires can be sleeker. With the white model, the wheels are more fitting as chunkier, a heads-up for a high-adrenaline cruising. For the upper body part, the front hangs above the engine. There’s nothing holding it up. Its balance relies on the connected seat trunk, planted right at the rear of the engine. The upper part also evokes the shape of stairs, even a futuristic laser gun. Here, the mini, cushioned seat is attached to the body using a steel-like material curved like the letter C.

Vertical handlebars for a sci-fi style cruising

Looking around the cyberpunk and anime-inspired Kaminari Superbike, the handlebars are in a vertical position instead of the conventional horizontal setting. This can allow the riders to bend forward as they cruise, just like in sci-fi movies. The brake throttles are just above the handlebars. While there’s no rear lighting in sight, the front headlamp shaped like a hexagon can compensate for it. The footrests on the side seem to mimic the colors of the models, still made of steel-like material with a jagged surface to avoid slips. 

On the surface of the cyberpunk and anime-inspired Kaminari Superbike, there’s a small digital screen that flashes the driving information. True to the design influences, even the graphics here are in neon green and segmented displays to bring back the style of the previous eras. Cyberpunk, anime, and metal heroes are the mentioned design influences for the concept Kaminari Superbike. At the moment, designer Braz de Pina has yet to detail the specific inspiration. So far, the cyberpunk and anime-inspired Kaminari Superbike is still a concept project.
