The striking facade of the monolithic structure is clad in 35,536 handcrafted golden ceramic tiles produced by Barcelona-based Studio Cumella. These tiles, made from materials sourced from the mountains of eastern Spain, create a luminous, reflective surface that transforms the building into a shimmering landmark in downtown Shanghai.
