Heads up! As a practice, we know it’s important to know all the details about our education and experience. However, we also want to honor our values of authenticity and being humans first. If you are looking for all the formal things, keep scrolling (it’s at the bottom).

Therapist (Clinical Intern)
I am so glad you are here. You deserve to feel empowered to take control of your healing. You are not alone and you are enough (and amazing!) just as you are.
When we work together it’s my goal you leave feeling empowered to pursue your healing in ways that are authentic and meaningful TO YOU. You can count on me to provide trauma-informed care that incorporates creativity through art and play when desired. I am great at fostering connected and authentic conversations. I am a great fit for those looking for support with anxiety, depression or adjustment issues including those adjusting to life with a new child. I also have a passion for supporting individuals who are on the autism spectrum.
Weaving strengths-based interventions with validation will deepen your understanding of your inner experience and can translate to meaningful change in your life.
As I am growing, I am interested in pursuing additional training in areas of somatic and trauma-focused trainings such as EMDR. If you are looking for a therapist who is understanding and genuine and will allow you to look for your authentic self, I may be a good fit for you! I help individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+ and/or experienced loss. I am great at using CBT and solution-focused methodologies to support clients.
I love being in nature, cooking, making things with my hands, and everything Harry Potter. I have a bit of a green thumb and enjoy tending to my many plants!
